In order to offer our customers the best quality and to be as efficient as possible, we at Mamoba have equipped ourselves with an arsenal of specialised equipment for ship cleaning with UHP water jetting. UHP stands for Ultra High Pressure and is the most effective method of cleaning ships in the industry.
In our fleet of specialised equipment, we have two dockmates and two dockboys, as well as 5 pumps with “guns” and 6 magnetic crawlers. Using this equipment, we are able to remove up to 10,000 m2 of paint in one day.

What is a Dockmate?
A Dockmate is a cleaning vehicle with a built-in UHP water jetting system mounted at the end of a robust pole that folds out like a telescope. The Dockmate can reach and work at a height of 32 metres, making it ideal for ship cleaning.
Furthermore, it can be controlled remotely by an operator, allowing for safe and easy operation of the Dockmate machine. And should unsafe or critical conditions arise, it will be detected by its built-in sensors and trigger an automatic stop, making Dockmate even safer to use.
What is a Dockboy?
A Dockboy is like a Dockmate, a cleaning vehicle with an integrated UHP system – a Dockboy is just smaller, with a height of only 1.26 metres and a reach of 6.05 metres.
Therefore, it is better suited for cleaning the keel or similar surfaces where there are curves in the surface. However, it is also ideal for use on ship decks, car decks, cargo decks and other flat floor surfaces.
